A taste of Love.

Once upon a time, there are 4 babies born in the 70s era.

Some basic stats:


(anti clock wise from right)
1973: Garlic (boy)
1975: Lena (girl)
1978: Wena (girl)
1979: San-d (girl)

Outta the whole lot, Lena & san-d had taken the leap of faith, Garlic is currently single and SUPER DUPER (must emphasize) AVILABLE and Wena decided to take the leap too.

On 29th May 2005, Sunday.

Prior to the solemnization, there are many hiccups:
- Like Eddie braving it despite being very ill (vomiting and all),
-Grandma mistook the ROM cert as her xray, keeping it at home , thus making a very frantic wena rushing from the hotel back home to get it
-The black clouds hovering the reception area, threatening to ruin the outdoor solemnization.

Like what people say, true love prevails all adversity(who said it??) , things managed to settle down and get on with the solemnization.

Garlic's friend came from Hong Kong for a Holiday and he was there for the wedding too. His name is damn cute. Suit singapore's flavor. His name is CHILLI .

Omigosh! see much they've grown. Used to be whiny young ones but now all strapping (and some fat) young men. hahahahaha. Garlic is a bit too old to be in this catergory though.

Alas, the Fun is over.

Yesterday was the Fun day.

It was went on without any major hitches and i am so HAPPY! Many people from all formations get the act together and the event is a success! I was simply pooped by the end of the event but that doesn't stop me from going party. (Ok, thats a different story altogether)

Our team simply rawks! Tasks that were given to us was carried out well and sometimes i wonder if it is not for them(Team guys with different expertise ), it is hard to get things done so efficiently. The decor team, the cake cutting team, the program sheet, the games team, the attendance taking, booking and cleaning up of the auditorium etc etc.

I like our netball-captain's ball team. We gave the HQMC team such a hard time, in the end when they knock us out in the semi finals, they are too shack to play against our other ams team . Which in the end, the other ams team won.

Wahahaahhahaha.....* getting smug and all*

Too bad encik maz was so busy with being the cue master. If not, he go lead the street soccer team, the street soccer team will be 1st instead of runner up. The moment he go into the court, he scores! I was screaming like mad! I was acting crazy but i don't care.

To the extend that i don't mind eating instant noodles with kimchi all day long.

What can be worse?

Krissy had a bad week.

First, her car got into an accident last week. But it is after she sprayed the scratch on the bonnet from the work of someone's itchy hand. Then as she was leading aerobics on tuesday, a stupid vehicle ran over her phone. Her phone still can recieve and make phone call but the LCD screen is a goner.

If i am krissy, think i'll go crazy.

Sigh.

Krissy: So what if all these happened? Life still goes on.

How true.

I too had a miserable day yesterday. When i go and see the a DR at the A&E, i was treated kinda lousily that Ser said that if the is there, she will give the stupid missy a piece of her mind. In the end, i went home with a stupid Diagnosis and 2 days MC.

MC or no MC, still must go to work coz work is too overwhelming!

Went to work this morning, raining damn heavily and i'm thinking about how to excecute the surgical trial.

It became a blessing in disguise as the trial was cancelled.

No need to get into details but the stupid trial was postponed till next week.

So at least today i can get some of the Fun day stuff done.

And i really live by krissy's So what if all these happened? Life still goes on.

But as for me, i know life still goes on .

In the meanwhile,

I'll might as well enjoy the best i can.

My biological clock is haywiring.

Hardcore partying over the vesak day weekend.

Reason being:
1. Destress ( this month's pay damn hard to earn)
2. Belle's Bday(Fri), Ant's "going zouk tonight?" & Kerlene's "Tonight partying?" (Sat), Lazarus' Post ROM party(Sun).
3. Partying will induce weight loss (coz never eat much and alcohol dehydrates thus reducing all my water retentioned body parts... hahahahaha... joking)
4. R4's constant conquering bores me. Might as well do something that keeps me entertained.

Usually party till 5ish in the morning, slept till late noon, eat dinner, chill/surf, then party.

Makes me feel like 21 again.

Those instructor times of hard core mamboing 12 weeks (entire duration of course) in a row. And also the times of "meteor garden" episodes.

Hahahahhahahaha

Those were the haywiring days of my life (sounds see bey lame. :p)

Jing: Last time party can party all nite then wake up go work. Now all the E-leave, MCs all into show.
San-d: hahahhahahahaha. That i totally agree!

Thats why relunctant to go party during weekdays. Sure either cannot wake up, or go to work intoxicated and feeling miserable.

R4 can't standthe fact that i keep on going partying. I can't stand him conquering. Guess that makes us even.

As for why i need the valium, is to take at 2300hrs so that i can sleep and hopefully tune my clock back to the norm.

Taking the MeRT

Decided to do something not done by us usually.

Taking the MRT.

Decided to go party.

And being law abiding citizens, we ALWAYS follow the when you drink, don't drive ruling.

Hence, black gets to rest at home and we decided to take the train since it is early. No point wasting $ on cab fare.

Train rides are usually boring. Nothing much to do except to play on your handphone games, listen to Mp3s, Smsing your friends etc etc.

Decided to do what i always liked to do.

Live life randomly. Spontaneously.

Friday the 13th is the best.

Today as krissy and i were walking past CarMo's Secretary.....

We are just damn paranoid.

But to me, this is probably one of the best days for me.

Unexpected things happen when u least expect it too.

Back to the Cerises.

I whined to R4 after the blog entry about the cerises yesterday.

R4: Just now i say i want to buy for you but you don't want? Action right.
San-d: But i want the purse sooooo badly * wails*
R4: You go call LV see what time they close?

I called LV but no one picks up the damned phone. Then i found out they close at 2100hrs. And the time is already 2045hrs.

*sighs*

R4: Tomorrow see how la. After work we go try our luck.
San-d: *sobs*

But work was so hectic the next day i knew i couldn't make it in time to collect the cerises purse.
Told the rest of the teammates about it and they say i am going crazy.

Smsed R4 asking him where is he and why don't he pick up my call.

He say he is busy and told me he is going down town to chill with the frogmen later.

I thought he forgot that he promised to take me to go buy the purse. So i try to hint....

San-d: Are you still in the mood to bring me go shopping?
R4: Should be lah. You call me after work.

After that sms i couldn't wait for work to finish.

I rushed down to town and when i met him (with the rest of the frogmen), my heart, mind and soul is already thinking about LV cerises.

I forced all of them to go LV as i really couldn't take it anymore. R4 wanted to eat dinner 1st. But i simply whined and whined and whined. The frogmen say lets go LV instead.

*yeah*

Enroute, something hit my head.

*TONG!*

San-d: ouch!!!! *hand touching head, turning round to see what happened*

R4 was there with an LV paper bag (flatten) and smirking at me.

I was stunned for 2 secs.

Then i grinned.

Frogman Chris: You see , she so happy already.

Happy is an understatement.

Besides happy, i am touched.

Touched as this is the 1st time (after we got married) he did something so unexpected to make me truly happy.

San-d: Must open to check did you get the correct one.


R4: Wahhhhh lauuuuu, buy for you already still so fussy. Must check and all.
San-d: Wait you get the wrong one how?
R4:...........

Epilogue:
After which, i checked the reciept and i saw that the time is 1345hrs. He actually took half day to go buy the cerises purse for me. That is rarer then the cow jump over the moon. :op

Louis Vuitton sales person called me that the Monogram Cerises (cherries, cherries and more cherries!!!) collection is in! And that they will hold the purse for me till tomorrow afternoon. (reason being there are many people on the waiting list.)

The story of R4 & Airle.

Airle is super attached to R4.

When R4 is in Guam, she actually runs out of the housedoor to look for him when i came home .
She sleeps on his pillow when he is not away.
She greets him 1st when we came home.

And R4 dotes on Airle lots though he always say that he will give/sell Airle if the right/good offer comes along.

But i know deep down.

Somewhere in the almost non exisistent heart of his.

Airle still have this special place in it.

And she can get away with almost naughty thing she does. Like chewing up his slipper this morning.

R4: Ah le! Why you chew my slipper!
