My Inhaler is my best buddy.

Went for the much dreaded run today.

Tried not to think too much about it. Told myself not to be distracted by my own breathing and let my shuffle take me away.

My Pegasus also didn't help me much too . Still run so slow. Hahahahahha.

Came back as usual : Cold.

The team guys were joking that i am learning the anicent martial arts : ICY PALMS. Hahahaha Can die.

Today still got the stupid audiometery. Doing it is not stupid. But the people that i am testing are.
