What goes up must come down.

Went Ubin today for a cycling/cohesive session with my Team Guys.

The last time i've been to Ubin was when i was 16 for my NPCC camp and that means its been 10 years since i last step foot into Ubin.

All of us didn't know what to expect actually. Thought it is just some recreational cycling a la East Coast type.

We were wrong.

Encik Maz and Enick Tim were hard core bikers and bought us through some off road biking.

Through muddy grounds, clay-like mud, bash through and all.

Which makes me think that maybe it is better to wear no 4 to come and cycle. Heh heh more combat.

Not to mention the up hill and down hill. And what ever route we went, sometimes we must back track, i.e : the super shiok downhill ride is the killer uphill climb.
Hahahhahahaha.

Had many funny and interesting moments.

1. All of us (Junior ones) were listening to MP3. Hence you can hear us biking and singing along the way.

2. Total of 2 falls. (Poor krissy, being nice wanted to take a nice pic of us, but while taking out her camera while cycling, she pressed the front brake and flipped. )

3. My "WahhhhhARRGGGHHHHHHHHHelpppppppp" echoing downhill when i lose control of my bike. Thank God i didn't fall or crush into anyone.

4. The photo taking session at the Quarry.

5. Saw a cute doggy with Mohawk Furstyle and Farmboy being a kind soul, fed her his ONLY egg mayo sandwich.

6. Enick Maz and Encik Tim cycled from woodlands to changi to ubin and back from changi to woodlands !!!

7. Came to a conclusion that must rent good bike. Farmboy's seat fell off, Jameson's handle went inwards and a lot of us have aching butts.

8.Farmboy (alex) wore a street wear like esemble(a black t-shirt, berms, his adidas shoe ) and i couldn't help but to ask him.

San-d: Why you wear black t shirt? Gonna be freaking hot later.
Farmboy: I know, but i can't find my white t-shirt.
San-d: Where got people wear like this go cycling one.
Farmboy: Hey! Last time i wear like that go cycling one hor!!
San-d: Let me guess, you ride a stunt bike (e.g GT kind) last time?
Farmboy: How you know?
San-d: ...................... *speechless*

Finally i understand why he wear like this already.

But.........

We are mountain biking!! Not Stunt Biking??!!!

9. The chilling out session with a chilled coke after the biking session. Euphoria.

10. Being a Taitai wannabe: I hate getting muddy and all when i am not in my No. 4 ( in which i will morph into my green monster mode.) and i also slapped on losta sunblock and insect repellent. The end verdict: No bites, no sunburn but muddy is inevitable and my poor fuschia pink NIKE rift ~~Sigh.

In conclusion: This cohesive session RAWKS! Can't wait for the other session. Hopefully it is aircon based like bowling?
