Road Trip (Part 1)


Friends who knew us long enough knew that Smellycat and i had never been overseas together before.

Actually once and thats to KL for his Grandfather's furneral.
And Smellycat and i had been married for 6 yrs! Ha!


Find it unbelievable? But its true! Smellycat and i had our fair share of overseas deployments and exercises last time, it didn't really occur to us too!


So when he is back, we decided to go for a short getaway. But the only problem is, we cannot go too long coz MummyAngie is leaving for Beijing around the same time and there will be a problem of Mini v.... Hmmm....


In the end, we settled for 2D1N at Harris Resort at Batam.


Yes, its only BATAM. Ha!

Oh well, but better than nothing. :)


On the Bus to MRT Station. He seemed forced to go on this roadtrip. Ha!


After a long Ferry ride, we are now at the Hotel Reception.

In case you are wondering, somehow you can see out of the bamboo blinds but people cannot see you from outside. Ha!

Post Spa. Its heavenly for me. But for him, he tell me the massuer is so so only. Chey.

We decided to chill out at the pool again after the Spa.
