Happii New Year!!!
Thinking of what to do on New Year Eve is suuuppppeerrr Tedious.
The guys and i were discussing on the endless possiblities but have to take certain points into consideration such as crowd, traffic, budget etcetc.
It will be easy to plan for 2 person but for like 12 person... hmmmm...
Philip, Kebeen and i were discussing on Msn when i chanced upon this post by the famous ieatishootipost.
New Year Eve Set Dinner by the girls from AG Home , a 4 course meal at $25 each? Why not?
I pitched to the guys and in the end we've decided to go there.
It has a nice ambience, quiet and away from the usual mad crowd restaurant hussle and bassle.
Despite the canteen like setting, the place is cool and comfortable.
Service is good, considering the waitress serving us is a 13 year old gal , she is inexperience but she tries her best.
Didn't take the picture of the food coz Mini v messed up by camera and the lens are outta focus.
But we had Smoked duck salad, homemade Potato Croquette, Black Pepper Chicken Chop and Cheesecake.
The food is great and i am pleasantly surprised when Pastor Andrew came and chatted with us and telling us that the chef cooking for us is a 16 year old girl!
Even i cannot cook so well! Ha!!
The gals there are really sweet and down to earth, and it shows through the way they played with Mini v while we dined.
Post dinner, we noticed that they have a fish spa thingy and all of us tried. Its great fun!!
We managed to get a group shot with Philip's camera phone.
Though it is nothing fancy but having dinner that was prepared with losta effort and dining in the company of great pals really leaves you a nice warm fuzzy feeling.
:)
Also i think we are getting old coz post dinner, we popped over to Dex & Charmaine's place (again) to chill, have some warm bubbly champagne and usher in the New Year watching Telly and playing Texas Hold'em. Hahahahahahahahaaaaa :D
