Not My Day.

Clocking Mileage as usual.
Murphy's Law happened.

I tripped and in the midst of finding the best way to break my fall....


I used my head (helmet's on! Ha!) and my poor left bicep! Hahahahahah!!
In the end, ended up with Muscle contusion and abrasion. :(


It is freaking painful! Especially when it is shower time!!!
And its going to leave an ugly big scar.
A tattoo to cover it maybe? ha! =P
