I’m Back.




Procrastination is scary and it overwhelms you.

Before I knew it. I got tons of unpublished entries half written and photos half edited.

People started to ask me how come I never blog.

I’ve been busy I think. The single one activity that zapped up my online time is to play war of warcraft. I used to maintain the balance but the past few months were pretty intense (trying to get my death knight and priest to level 80 ) that whenever I log on, I will be whisked off the Northrend where I will be completing quests and running instances.

Facebook is handy for quickie updates. Any events, I just upload to fb and write a caption or 2. I guess that is the alternative to blogging.

I’ve decided to start again and I’ll be concurrently updating my current daily events and slowly finish up my sep-early dec entries.

So if you are still interested in my life then, can always click on the months on the side to check it out.

Gotta get out of the rut and today is a good day to go so.

Ohana Getaway.

Smellycat wanted a short getaway after his overseas stint. But we couldn't agree on the destination.

It was almost a no go till Smellycat decided...

Smellycat: I've booked a hotel stay at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa‏ with all the attractions thrown in.

:)

I prefer it this way as we get to spend time as a family and since i can't get time off my work, this is a perfect weekend getaway.

Not My Day.

Clocking Mileage as usual.
Murphy's Law happened.

I tripped and in the midst of finding the best way to break my fall....


I used my head (helmet's on! Ha!) and my poor left bicep! Hahahahahah!!
In the end, ended up with Muscle contusion and abrasion. :(


It is freaking painful! Especially when it is shower time!!!
And its going to leave an ugly big scar.
A tattoo to cover it maybe? ha! =P

29+1

I dread the big Three -O.

In fact i dread it so much i call it 29+1.

Have it been 29+1 years already??!

End of my 20s?

Arghhhh....

Every year without fail i will post my bdays wishes from friends on my blog.
This year it spiralled out of control.
To many wishes from texts, msn, tags, facebook wall post and messages i simply lost touch and cannot catch up. Ha!

It was so much that my phone lagged badly that i no choice have to delete all the texts from my phone.

Anyway Thanks to everybody who wished me. :)

Series of events:

29+1 celebration starts early.

-Had a nice ramen Birthday dinner with Wena on sat after clocking mileage.
- And the day before had yummy steamboat dinner with my family.
-Met up with the guys for prata at Jalan Kayu (forgot to take pics)
-Went to Marina Mandarin for drinks with my "dinner kakis"
-Lunch at nanbeitei with MummyAngie n Elgin
-Finally the grand Finale for my personal concert at K box.

My Mystery Bday Sunflowers!

The story behind this was:

Was bugging Smellycat on Msn to get me flowers for my bday.
He told me dun be crazy.
I recieved a call at that point of time by some delivery fella to tell me collect my flowers when i was at work!
I am happy ++ thinking it is a surprise by smellycat!
But when i went to collect, i am shocked coz smellycat will never get my fav flowers wrong (sunflowers though pretty, are not my fav) and all the card wrote was To: Sandy, Happy Birthday.
I checked most of my contacts whom i tot could surprise me but nope not them.
I even went to ask my boss coz the card indicated my work dept.
Nope not him too.

It got me all freaked out that though the sunflowers are really nice but not knowing who gave it to you??

After much cursing and ranting to everyone i knew, finally someone confessed. He just wanted it to be a pleasant surprise for me (awwww.... so sweet) but never expect me to go all freaked out. And initally he didn't wanna tell coz he is scared that i will scold him ( he heard all my rantings) but in the end he decided to coz he cannot take me cursing the mystery flower sender.

Ha!
