Perhaps ...Love?

Just came back from the movie Perharps Love with ser. Courtesey of Garlic who gave me the tickets for the special premeire.

Its simply wonderful.

The cinematography, the story, the music.... not to mention Takeshi Kaneshiro is in it.

Wahahhahahahahahaa....

I am a Die hard Takeshi Kaneshiro Fan.

Since i was 14 with he is the CHEESY Aniki Jin singing the "ÿing we wo ai ni" blah blah on the then TCS's Variety Show.

Come to think of it, i think i still have that particular video tape. Probabaly mouldy by now.

Like what the Director Peter Chan mentioned, Takeshi has eyes that are so sad and hurt that he cannot believe someone as good looking as him protraying such emotions.

It made me keep looking into his eyes throughout the movie. Hahahhahaha

And it is indeed true that he had that look. That Gaze. Brrrrr......*shivers*

Words fail to describe how i felt at that point. Its probably like those feelings of break ups when one feel but 100 times the intensity?

Especially the parts when Jacky Cheung started to sing. His voice together with the lyrics of the song makes my heart feel like as if it is doing of one Jing's backflips.

It is so powerful and intense!

Not to mention Zhou Xun's Porcelin doll like face and beneath such beauty lies a very materalistic but determined woman.

Its been a while since i last felt such rollercoaster of emotions. And i really liked the ending. Not the typical happy fairy tale ending but perharps love lost is the love that last forever.

What a wonderful movie to wrap up the year 2005.
