SANDy is a Catus Girl.

The shopaholic in me strikes again!

Today went to town and splurge on the TOKIDOKI series - Cactus Friends Figurines.

What makes me wanna buy them is there is this Green (my fav color!) Catus girl named SANDy!

And i gotta buy her friend - Sabochan too coz it is sold as a set. But after buying it finds it not to bad afterall! She's so Kawaii!

Now waiting for her dog- bastardino to be in stock and i will have the complete set!

Wahhahahahaha. *happy happy*

The cactus is a sign of protection. Kids are naive and vulnerable and need protection. A monster in a cactus suit would not have made much sense in my vision of things. SANDy and her friends zip themselves into cactus suits because they think the world is cold and scary place, and they needed some armor to face it.

The cactus is the conserver of water, and water means life. The cactus friends for me are the representation of life, of being fragile and strong at the same time....... and pure like water.

Now San-d (not SANDy - got difference ok!) gotta wait patiently for the arrival of Bastardino to get the complete set of Cactus Friends.
