Decided to do something not done by us usually.

Taking the MRT.

Decided to go party.

And being law abiding citizens, we ALWAYS follow the when you drink, don't drive ruling.

Hence, black gets to rest at home and we decided to take the train since it is early. No point wasting $ on cab fare.

Train rides are usually boring. Nothing much to do except to play on your handphone games, listen to Mp3s, Smsing your friends etc etc.

Decided to do what i always liked to do.

Live life randomly. Spontaneously.

So i whipped out my S700i.

This shot is taken after i moved away from R4 as he is trying to foil my phototaking by shaking my hand everytime i wanna take a shot. Pissed me off. So i revenge by taking a shot of him the moment i settle down in my new seat.

Actually train rides are kinda fun.

Rewind back to once upon a time outside zouk's toilet in Dec 01 , her "Can't get you out of my head" made me realised that i had a crush on R4 when he held my hand across the crowd to the dance floor.

San-d: You see you go toilet so long. I like this song! Cannot dance already.
R4: *grabs my hand* why not?
San-d: *adrenaline rush*
R4: *dancing as we walked back* Nah nah nah .... nah nah nah nah nah ....

I liked that adrenaline rush. That's when i knew i kinda like him.

And whenever i hear that all so familar "i just can't get you out of my head....." it will made me think of that night when it all began.

Friday the 13th is the best.

Today as krissy and i were walking past CarMo's Secretary.....

Mdm Rani: Hey girls, today is friday the 13th.
Krissy: Really?
San-d: Is it??
Krissy: Will sway or not?

hahahahahhahahaha

We are just damn paranoid.

But to me, this is probably one of the best days for me.

Unexpected things happen when u least expect it too.

That already upped my day by one notch.

Back to the Cerises.

I whined to R4 after the blog entry about the cerises yesterday.

R4: Just now i say i want to buy for you but you don't want? Action right.
San-d: But i want the purse sooooo badly * wails*
R4: You go call LV see what time they close?

I called LV but no one picks up the damned phone. Then i found out they close at 2100hrs. And the time is already 2045hrs.

*sighs*

R4: Tomorrow see how la. After work we go try our luck.
San-d: *sobs*

But work was so hectic the next day i knew i couldn't make it in time to collect the cerises purse.
Told the rest of the teammates about it and they say i am going crazy.

Smsed R4 asking him where is he and why don't he pick up my call.

He say he is busy and told me he is going down town to chill with the frogmen later.

I thought he forgot that he promised to take me to go buy the purse. So i try to hint....

San-d: Are you still in the mood to bring me go shopping?
R4: Should be lah. You call me after work.

After that sms i couldn't wait for work to finish.

I rushed down to town and when i met him (with the rest of the frogmen), my heart, mind and soul is already thinking about LV cerises.

I forced all of them to go LV as i really couldn't take it anymore. R4 wanted to eat dinner 1st. But i simply whined and whined and whined. The frogmen say lets go LV instead.

*yeah*

Enroute, something hit my head.

*TONG!*

San-d: ouch!!!! *hand touching head, turning round to see what happened*

R4 was there with an LV paper bag (flatten) and smirking at me.

I was stunned for 2 secs.

Then i grinned.

Frogman Chris: You see , she so happy already.

Happy is an understatement.

Besides happy, i am touched.

Touched as this is the 1st time (after we got married) he did something so unexpected to make me truly happy.

San-d: Must open to check did you get the correct one.


R4: Wahhhhh lauuuuu, buy for you already still so fussy. Must check and all.
San-d: Wait you get the wrong one how?
R4:...........



He got the right one .

Epilogue:
After which, i checked the reciept and i saw that the time is 1345hrs. He actually took half day to go buy the cerises purse for me. That is rarer then the cow jump over the moon. :op

Where for art thou Cerises?

Nothing much happened for the past few days.

Just busy with work.

3 projects going on concurrently.

Woah. Can die.

The A>S>E is going to end soon. Can't wait for it to be over.

Louis Vuitton sales person called me that the Monogram Cerises (cherries, cherries and more cherries!!!) collection is in! And that they will hold the purse for me till tomorrow afternoon. (reason being there are many people on the waiting list.)

Feeling kinda down as i had just splurged on the PSP.

Why down?

No extra $ to splurge.

The story of R4 & Airle.

Airle is super attached to R4.

When R4 is in Guam, she actually runs out of the housedoor to look for him when i came home .
She sleeps on his pillow when he is not away.
She greets him 1st when we came home.

And R4 dotes on Airle lots though he always say that he will give/sell Airle if the right/good offer comes along.

But i know deep down.

Somewhere in the almost non exisistent heart of his.

Airle still have this special place in it.

And she can get away with almost naughty thing she does. Like chewing up his slipper this morning.

R4: Ah le! Why you chew my slipper!
Airle: *acts innocent*
R4: Next time cannot huh.
San-d: ...............

The origin of the name Christina Chan.
Once upon a time, Garlic bought some alphabet stickers to stick on the face towel hooks (not 3m ones as it was in the early 80s.) in the toilet so that we can hang our face towel according to our names. Mine was a "S", His is a "G" so on ..... Then he paste "C" onto Gramps hook. He thought i didn't see but i saw that it was the only one left on the paper.

6yr old San-d:Which part of gramps name starts with "C"?
12yr old Garlic: Her surname? Its Chan.
6yr old San-d: Then why you don't "W" for all our hooks? (our surname is Wong)
12yr old Garlic:: Er..er..... (ganna busted) Hiya, i give her a chirstian name that's starts with "C" la ....Chirstina la!

Hence gramps is known as Christina Chan w.e.f one stupid day circa 1986. And till today, she still doesn't know she is called Christina.

Sat: Ignored R4, went to David tao's showcase in the evening (thanks to Garlic) and then party at zouk.
Sun: Slept like a log then went to town to chill and also watch a SUPER DUPER Crappy movie called Shikokoh or something.
Mon: Packed my yellow room (50% done) then pop over to ser place to help her paint her room after which we went to Ikea to grab some stuff.
Tue& Wed: Was activated to provided medical cover for ex president wee kim wee's funeral.
Today: Went to the PSP launch party at zouk!

Some funny incidents that happened there:

1. One kid remarked to us that he dunno why he came here, he say the consent form say pay respect to dunno who.

2. People wearing like going to the beach, going to market , going partying (colorful clothes eg bright red) to pay respects. And get all upset when they are rejected entry by the officials.
Don't they get it that it is a funeral?

2. Sam told me that she saw some corny remarks kids wrote in a condolences book made by one of the primary schools . Remarks like: " Best wishes (??!!), with warmest wishes(???!!!), See ya(????!!!!), but the ultimatium one is : "May you die in peace" ( think the kid meant may you rest in peace??)

It was a nice event with free drinks, food, goodie bag(got a psp pillow and water bottle) and nice entertainment ( the game segment had be almost rolling on the floor laughing). There are lotsa pretty girls with psp for us to hands on( the psp console not the girls :op)

As usual, got interrogated by R4 as to why i am so rush to buy the psp~ what asia set, us set. screen made in japan, china ,dvd code 1,3 ....wtf????

Sigh.

It was meant to be his bday present (but there was a delay so got him the sea pathfinder instead) and been talking to Goggy Molly since feb regarding this .

Plus she got me a good deal! Thats why got the tixs to go for the launch.

Hmmmph. *Cross arms*
